Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu Upon your arrival in Tribhuvan International Airport (Kathmandu), our representatives from Everest Trekking Routes will welcome you and transfer you to the hotel.
Day 02: Drive from Kathmandu to Bhandar via Jiri We take an early morning drive to Jiri take 8-9 hours. today which is about 187 kilometers north east of Kathmandu. We continue driving to Bhandar from Jiri. Well, Bhandar will be the starting point for our trek. we enjoy the Koshi River and panoramic views of Himalayas including Langtang Lirung, Dorje Lakpa and Ganesh Himal. We stay overnight at Bhandar.
Day 03: Trek from Bhandar to Sete (2575m): 6-7 hours Today, you descend the trail from Bhandar through deep forests crossing a few streams passing the small settlements of Dokharpa and Baranda. Then, climb through the forests winding down to the Surma Khola. We continue to Likhu Khola Valley which makes up to the village of Kenja and finally reach Sete for overnight stay.
Day 04: Trek from Sete to Junbesi (2670m): 6-7 hours. We climb to Lamjura La through the forests of rhododendrons, magnolia, maple, pine and birch. We will be passing by the villages of Dagchu and Goyem. Actually, Lamjura La pass is at the altitude of 3530m which is the highest point between Namche and Jiri. We descend down to the pass to Tragdobuk and eventually reach Junbesi. We stay overnight at Junbesi.
Day 05: Trek from Junbesi to Nunthala (2220m): 6 hours. We cross the stream beyond Junbesi and climb up the forest slope. After an hour’s trek, we see the mesmerizing views of Himalayan Mountains including Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Makalu, Thamserku, and Mera Peak among many others. We then continue to the trail to Salung and descend to Ringmo Khola. After crossing the Trakshindo La pass, we descend to Trashingdo. Eventually, we arrive at Nunthala for overnight stay.
Day 06: Trek from Nunthala to Bupsa (2360m): 5-6 hours We descend down the trail to the Dudh Koshi River. We climb to Jubing and continue straight to Churkha after crossing the bridge. Passing through Kharikhola, we descend to cross a suspension bridge and we finally reach at Bupsa for our overnight stay.
Day 07: Trek from Bupsa to Surke (2290m): 5-6 hours Our trail from Bupsa rises through a forest passing Kharte. And we take an uphill climb from Kharte which takes us to Khari La Pass. On the way, we enjoy the magnificent views of Khari La Pass of Gyachung Kang and Khumbila mountains among others. We finally reach Surke where we stay overnight.
Day 08: Trek from Surke to Phakding (2610m): 4-5 hours Today, our trail climbs towards Chaurikharka from Surkhe. At first, our trek moves up to Chhiplung and then moves down to Phakding. We stay overnight at Phakding.
Day 09: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440m): 5-6 hours Today, after taking our morning breakfast, we walk through the pine forest along the Dudh Koshi River. On the way, we enjoy the beautiful views of Mount Thamserku. We come to the check post and entrance to Sagarmatha National Park via the settlements of Benkar and Monjo. Passing through the village of Jorsale, we finally reach at Namche which is the gateway to Mount Everest. We stay overnight at Namche.
Day 10: Rest or Acclimatization at Namche Today will be our first day of acclimatization. You are suggested to stay active and moving during rest days. So, we either spend a taking a day’s hike to Thame village of Khunde. We can explore Namche bazaar itself either. Namche Bazaar is the main center of Everest Region has many government offices, Banks, ATMs, restaurants, Internet Cafes and many more. We stay overnight in the hotel at Namche.
Day 11: Trek from Namche to Tyangboche (3870m): 5-6 hours Today, after taking our morning breakfast, we set out towards Tyangboche. We will be enjoying superb views of Mount Everest, Mount Amadablam, Mount Lhotse, Mount Nuptse and the close up views of Thamserku. Following the trail with few ups and downs, we reach Kyangjuma, We can spot various wildlife like Musk Deer, Himalayan Thar, and Multicolored Pheasants en route. Passing through Sansa, we reach Phunki Thenga for our lunch. Then, we gear up for a slightly difficult climb through the pine forests which eventually leads us to the village of Tyangboche. From Tyangboche, we can enjoy the great close up views of Mount Everest and Amadablam. There is the biggest and highest Buddhist Monastery of Khumbu Region. We stay overnight in the lodge at Tyangboche.
Day 12: Trek from Tyangboche to Dingboche (4360m): 5-6 hours After taking our morning breakfast and visiting the Tyangboche Monastery for spectacular views, we start our journey today. We move through the upper trail to Pangboche. En route, we pass through several Chortens and Mani walls and small villages. Enjoying the fantastic views of Mount Amadablam, we enter Imja Valley. We then descend into the Lobuche River and begin the last and steepest climb of the day upto Dingboche. On arrival at Dingboche, you will see beautiful fields. We stay overnight at Dingboche.
Day 13: Acclimatization Days hike to Chhukung and back to Same lodge Today, we start the day with a climb to Dughla through the Khumbu Khola Valley. As we come to Dusa which is known as Yak Herder’s place, the valley begins to narrow and we continue through Phulung Karpo. Well, Karpo was the camp site of the first successful Everest Expedition in 1953. There is Chola Lake above Phulung Karpo. On the way, we will witness the majestic views of the Mount Pumori. Finally we reach Dughla. Spending a night in Duglha is ideal for acclimatization purposes.
Day 14: Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche (4940m): 5-6 hours We climb up the seep terminal moraine of Khumbu Glacier beyond Dughla today. Passing through Chupki Lhara, Khumbu Glacier moraine, we will witness several wonderful views of snowcapped peaks including Khumbutse, Pumori, Lingtren, and Mahalangur Himal. We will also witness Mount Nuptse to the right. We eventually reach Lobuche for our overnight stay.
Day 15: Trek from Lobuche to Gorakshep (5170m) to Everest Base Camp (5364m) to Gorakshep: 7-8 hours Today, after having our morning breakfast, we follow our trek to Gorakshep through the lateral morain of Khumbu Glacier. As we reach Gorakshep, we find snowcapped mountains around us including Mount Everest. Then, we make our trek to EBC. After enjoying the beautiful surrounding views from Everest Base Camp, we stroll back to Gorakshep for overnight stay.
Day 16: Trek from Gorakshep to Kalapatthar (5545m) to Dzong la (4940m): 7-8 hours Today, we will start our trek up the best viewpoint of Kalapatthar. We will catch the dramatic views of mountains including Lingtren, Mount Everest, Khumbuste, and Changste among others. After enjoying wonderful Himalayan panorama at Kalapatthar, we are continue to Dzongla stay at lodge.
Day 17: Trek from Dzongla to Chola Pass (5,420m.) to Thaknak (4750m.) 8-9 hours. The Trek to Cho la pass is most challenging high pass, Early morning take breakfast and also take pack lunch for eat before Thaknag. because there are not any lodge and restaurant, the trail is tough and rock with snow covered top of the cho la area. these Chola Pass Trekking is just September to Beginning of December after that close till to end of February and start again from March. Day 18: Trek to Gokyo Lake (4800m.) 4 Hours, Already completed main high pass and today not much as that difficult but if bad weather the trail to Gokyo lake also most crossing glacier area of Khubu Valley. It take 3-4 hours all trail rocky and tough path to Gokyo Lake. beautiful days to Cho Oyu Expedition and Gokyo Lake stay overnight at lodge.
Day 19: Hike up Gokyo Ri (5357m.) and Trek Machhermo (4400m.), Early Morning to hike up Gokyo Ri 5357m. take 2-3 hours climb up to Ri, Around 600 meters from Gokyo Lake. when we rich at gokyo ri Sunrise time then we can see beautiful Panoramic views around the world which is more nice then Kalapather Peak. stay for while take lots of picture and enjoy with himalaya scenery. after that return to same hotel take breakfast continue trek to Machhermo. take 4 hours stay overnight at lodge.
Day 20: Trek to Namche (3440m.)6 Hours Today all descending to namche Bazaar take 5-6 hours trek from Machhermo. when we rich at Namche we can warm up around the Biggest Sherpa City, take hot bath after long trip and Enjoy with Nice food and if Interest has money can buy some souvenir to Family from Himalaya as gift. nice rood and sleep well at lodge.
Day 21: Trek from Namche to Lukla (2800m): 6-8 hours. We descend steeply downward today. After crossing the suspension bridges over the fast flowing Dudh Koshi, our trail becomes more level. Walking through the forests and Sherpa villages, we arrive in Lukla after approx. 7 hours. We stay overnight at Lukla.
Day 22: Fly back to Kathmandu from Lukla Today, we will fly back to Kathmandu from Lukla. We will again have a dramatic 40-minutes flight over the high Himalayas. Upon reaching at Kathmandu, you can take the time for exploring the city or you can go for last minute shopping. We celebrate the farewell dinner in the evening.
Day 23: Final Departure, You are saying good bye to the Kathmandu as your journey in Nepal comes to an end today! We will transfer you to the airport for your returning flight.
